Before I leave the thread I like to thank @WriterLinXiaolong who legit debated me and @SleepingPoppy for being one of the few who read the sources I cited.
I really appreciate you trying, but it's time to close the thread. I've been stuck at the airport but it's time for me to get back to sponsoring people. Even though it's too late now but thank you.
Yes, but that's not all. We're having a misunderstanding which I wanted to avoid.
But as I said, So there was no point in me giving out my side if you're going to misunderstand.
You could have wanted me to clarify what I meant by yes or no. Or if you can add amendment to your yes or no. For example, I planned to start out clarifying the purpose of the debate in the first place by ask if the debate is about how licensed doctors flamed the war on drugs? Then we would clarify …
Again, you said no to taking things slow so we can be on the same page. I see you have no attention of meeting me half way and having a debate, only justifying what you want to say and not hearing me out like almost everybody else on this thread even though it was you who said . We're done on th…
I was getting to the drugs you listed but going to take it slow. But you said no, so I guess end of discussion.
Keep the troll coming. I'm using this thread as proof for a project.
Like I said, So I'm going to do something different here. I'm going to take this very slow and just ask simple yes or no questions. Do you agree to this? If not, then I don't see how any progress can be made.
Typical response from someone with nothing to backup their claim.
So explain to me why it's correlation v causation. Explain to me why it's outliers and not the rule. Just like everybody else here, you provide nothing to back up your claims.
Yes it's from 1996 but the changes since then is an explosion of licenses. For example psychic healing can be certified and receive license from the Natural Therapies Certification Board. Did you read the same thing I did? I think no matter what, people will just see what they want to and not wh…
My sources begs to differ. The two studies that I cited, one from the MIT Journal and the other by Kane, shows licences make a difference in quality is a myth. This hold true across different fields. Please cite any source you have that says licences do make a difference or discredit my sources.
I agree 100%. I never said nepotism isn't a problem.
I agree with you 100%. Certification is indeed just one qualification filter. But part of my argument is that those who legitimately received their certificate compare to those that don't have one, studies show the performance is the same. The only reason I'm saying it's not necessary is because of …
You do realized that some of those teachers that teach creationism are licensed. Those are not private school, but public school that require licenses. If you bothered to read my sources, you'll know your statement is opinion not fact. Here's one of my sources again that you won't bother …
I don't about you but I remember things differently. Remember Dr. Sanjay Gupta and how the medical community was on his side. Only a minority of doctors fought for limited use for patients. How about a more recent example, the Opioid Epidemic. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC613993…
I've always put control in the context of license and not control itself is bad. As for the blanket statements on new age medicine, yes you're right but I'm sure many would agree that "half of alternative practitioners are physicians" along with various state business licenses legitimizing the busin…
Totally agree, controlling supply isn't necessarily a bad thing. But taken to the extreme, you end up with a war on drugs that licensed doctor help perpetuate. You're not debunking any of my arguments. If you want to talk about war on drugs I'm cool with that.
Totally agree. A license is not bad in of itself, it's about how it is being used. Which in a lot of cases is a political tool or a form of capitalist's control.
Yep, that's what I said.
Nope. A doctor yes, but based on reputation not license.
Yep, you're the type that won't believe the screen shots of my accounts. Nor the research about millionaire. The authors of "The millionaire next door" even joke they're not millionaires because they went for their PhD. But your so closed minded, everything I said is automatically false, and any non…
I hear you. Bad unlicensed teachers are bad. Since you've given anecdotal evidence, I'll give you mine. All the licensed teacher I had didn't teach me anything. It's the same story for a lot of kids. However, I did have the internet. I found Dave Ramsey. Yes, he's a christian, but I had an open mind…
That's part of my argument. So I'm wondering if you know that. Again, that's part of my argument. I don't understand what you're getting at? Well at least Andrew Yang agrees with me about relaxing licensing. Or is he too republican for you? Oh wait, he's a democrat Ok, so read carefully t…
there is a need for additional analysis Doesn't mean their findings aren't fact. It just means more data is required before the study can be more bullet proof. Like I said, They are definitely saying regulating and relaxing provisions for the occupational groups involved in the delivery…
Mike Pence is on his bullshit. I ain't no republican. I voted for bernie in the primaries against hillary. The point of pewtrust article was to show both side of the argument. You know, pewtrust/pewsearch. Not biased yet you seems to twist words. What are you talking about. That's my argument. …
I did read the evidence, and just proved WriterLinXiaolong didn't read it. Maybe you should read it instead of taking someone's word.
Looks like you didn't read the whole thing. Because it doesn't contradict, To assess the quality consequences of allowing NPs to provide more services, we examine evidence of an increase in major errors in medical treatment that could lead to serious injuries or death. We implement two approach…
