imo, keep in mind that regardless of how upset someone is, the world will never revolve around that! normal, 'funny' things will still happen. try deriving your humor from the ways your characters interact, and from how their differing personalities clash or mesh with one another.
it means that when a human body is relaxed, weight will be distributed along one leg, and the different angles of the body will rest at opposing axes! so the shoulders will complement the angle of the hips, and so on, and the throughline of the body will follow one leg as a pillar of stability
