I feel like my insecurity and anxiety talks to me whenever I experience something embarrassing or overthink situations, basically scolding myself for the actions I've taken and regretting them. It sucks but it is what it is 
I tend to overthink a lot, thus my inner monologue.

Depends, some chapters flow easier than the other, but I usually take 2days+ to finish (around 3k words). I like to do editing and polishing the day after, gives me a fresh perspective on what I've written, especially If I was doing it at night 
English isn't my first language so yeah...
