Photoshop JPG settings for Webtoon

I'm not sure if my file was too small? as far as I can remember it was along the lines of 780 x 360(??) it varies but the width usually 780. I tried the old-fashioned way but it makes my work cracked and I tried save for web legacy and it's better, but not good. Can anyone help?

Thoughts about putting "BL" in the thumbnail

there was a fantasy work that includes BL but they didn't warn the viewers so it got lots of hate and homophobic comments so at times for attention and for a heads up for those who doesn't like BL.
