Hello friend. My name is Chris and I am a 31 year old comic creator. I've been doing comics since I was 20 and found minor success with my work. I'm running 2 webcomics right now and scheduled the first comic I ever created to start publishing here in January. Feel free to say hello and we can chat.…

If you ask me, if you're feeling burn out, doing nothing for a while might be your best course of action. I've personally never felt burnt out from doing art. This is largely because when art block hits, I just follow the cues of my body and take the time to refresh my mind. What I might suggest,…

In comics or art, that's near impossible. There's a reason the term "starving artist" was coined.

"Aside from needing you to help me navigate your world, I brought you two to help look for him [the creature]"

It's the same idea that you've reached a magical age that bars you from going to school. It's never too late to take on a new skill set. In fact, it may be healthier for your brain to try to take on something new later in life. As an example, when my wife was in school, she was in a class dominated …

Hello friends! I'm just here to pimp out my work. I have 2 active comics on this platform and will have a third starting in January. Please take a look at my work and let me know what you think.

Awesome, thanks! I'm really bad with reading novels, so it might take me a while to get through it. (I started a friends novel 3 years ago and I've barely made it passed the first chapter). But I'm trying to change that, so we'll see how it goes. Here's my two comics, if you're interested in takin…

I have no way to link anything at the moment, but I'm listening to the last handful of albums by the Canadian band Headstones.

Binary Star, hand's down..

It just means it'll take me longer to read it. :joy:

I work in customer service and I've got so good at the job that I can draw and work and still be good at my job. With this process, I can crank out anywhere from 2-3 pages a day. I don't do an awful lot at home, especially being the father of an 8-month old baby.

Oh my goodness! That is lazy. No offense! I'm a lazy person, too. I just try to stay on top of my work. One of my comics is on a brief break because I ran out of pages and need to draw a new batch. Whoops. Can you link me to your work? I'd like to take a look. I'll provide you my work as well if …

That's the story of my life. It's a slow work day, so I'll probably try to fill it with some art work and now some forum surfing. Are you a creator on the site or a reader?

Hey, this is a topic for me! I have 2 comics on Tapas (soon to be 3).

Not too bad, thank you! I'm stuck at work. How are you today?

Hello friend! I'm always open for meeting new people.
