Some peoples say that the week days has the most traffic, while the weekends is on the lower side. If you choose to upload on weekday, you might got more traffics but you'll get swipe off the 'fresh' tab quicker, while the weekends is the opposite. I haven't tested it yet, so you might experiment it…
