Salutations, I'm Syn! As my name implies, I'm a Synnie who likes to both make comics and write books books! (I'm also a big reader so, seeing as how Tapas has tons of novels to choose from all from varied and interesting authors, it seems I'm in the right place!) I know I've popped up around the forums on occasion but I've never formally introduced myself. I've wanted to on multiple occasions but I get nervous about it, like some internet form of stage fright. It's easier for me to join other conversations than to make one myself. That said, I always enjoy meeting new people! (Even if I take my time with it, haha)

I also wanted to introduce my webcomic! I started posting it to Tapastic about a year ago, and previously only posted to ComicFury5 in the beginning (back in 2014):

It's been online since 2014 but I've been building the world it takes place in since 2008 when I was still in college. (I can't tell you how many things I've changed over the years, it's insane!) I used to just make sketches and write snippets of script because school ate up all of my time, and once I started working I actually had more time to flesh out details (because I didn't have 8 hours of homework waiting for me, as many of you are probably doing right now). This comic has been a labor of love for me and I've met incredible creators along the way. I hope to meet more! Your feedback on my comic is most certainly welcome, I'm a lover of constructive criticism (as some of you who I've left comments for may know, haha) but more importantly, of meeting interesting people.

Here's to new friends, and thanks for reading my mini-novel above!

Oh man, a ComicFury friend! Kyo is the best!!!

Definitely taking a look at your comic (subscribed on CF) - I just got out of college too and totally love the freedom of working more heavily on comics.

You'll like Tapas a lot - the interface is much more inviting and the forum users here are just as wacky and nice as in ComicFury.

If you're curious as to what you can do with the different platforms, here's what I did with each of my comics and am more than willing to provide more information on why I handled it that way.

Viki

Hah sweet! Nice to meet another CF user!

Isn't it great to have that freedom? You never realize how much time homework actually takes up until you don't have to do it.

So far everyone I've met has been a lot of fun, I really like the people here and on CF. I gotta say I'm impressed by the sheer volume of work you've got going on. Three comics? Haha I think my hands would faint. XD I love how each one is in a completely different style (very creative idea with the white board, by the way!) This is so cool!

Thanks! If I ever have a question I know who to ask!

Thank you, Viki!

I love alter ego stuff! (The kind of shenanigans you can get up to are too good to pass up!) Thanks for subbing, by the way!

haha your description of Wednesday7 was perfect. And your welcome! You've got great use of color!

Hahah I'm glad! I'm having a blast reading through it so far! (Your backgrounds are so solid, you've really captured the city atmosphere.)

Thank you, by the way! (I always worry about my color palettes).

Hiya! It's been a pleasure to read yours, I love the comedy you invoke with your horoscopes, they're a lark! Thanks for sharing your comic with me, and I appreciate that you subbed to mine. Thank you!

And thank you for your praises! I hope to keep entertaining you! :3
