Depends if you want a common pet, like cat, dog, hamster, parrot, or something else, like snake, fox, spider, lizard?
if you want something epic, how about a Chilesaurus? it's a vegan t-rex or maybe something epicly cute like a Axolotl, it's a mexican salamander. just google for image refs.
a sheep? They both got the fluffy cloud aesthetic.
A dove! The colours would work and they can be drawn very simply.
