My comic was once asked for the rights in our local animation studio... I turned it down. I won't be able to accept even if it's big cash though, gotta respect my brainkids.

2. I think it would be better if it was a television series because I feel like a movie would be too short lmao
3. I think between the ages of 15 to 25 because there are some things that are pretty childish but the theme is deep

5. Yes I would! If I'm being credited for the work I'm fine with it. I guess if I hate their ideas I can always make another with the fame they gave me by crediting me lmao

I would say hyde mad qualia.
I personally believe it would be better as a television series since its on going.
It would appeal more to teens.
Id probably say Fostman due to his sense of humour.
Id probably decline because I believe the potential of my series is worth more.

A television series would be better because of how long it is, but a movie focusing on the main plot wouldn't lose too much in translation.
Hmmm, early twenties, maybe? Ideally, I could provide examples of healthy relationships to those who need it.

Alone with the Sea by Hurt. It's moody and yummy.
A limited series on some streaming service. It can't be compacted enough to fit in 2 hours, but it's not long enough for multiple seasons either.
Probably people in their twenties and older.
Church doesn't keep many friends, but I don't think I'd be annoying to him.
500k is kind of low for complete ownership of the rights. If that's all they offer, I HAVE to ask for indefinite royalties on top of it with a minority ownership. And it will still depend on the royalty percentages before I decide to accept or not.

Eighth Wonder by Lemon Demon. The context is a bit too specific I guess, but it's the right vibe for my main character.

TV series for sure! I've always wanted my favorite books to be adapted into animated TV series rather than movies. Preferably in an anime style (not art style but more like narrative style). Plastic teeth is also a bit episodic so definitely would be better for TV.
Older teens and younger adults probably. It is a vampire comic. It's embraces some absurdity so it's definitely not for very serious people.
Yes! I actually made Hugh specifically because he could probably be friends with anyone who read the comic. There are a lot of characters I really love, but I feel like if they existed they would be too intimidating to befriend because they're super cool and very smart/accomplished. Hugh is a bit of a loser frankly, but he's a fun guy! If you love him he'll love ya back.
I would have to read that contract in detail first, but if it was only movie rights for x number of years, then sure thing! I'm not super picky about that kind of thing. At worst the movie would bomb and the fans would just come back to read the comic again. No harm.

Tv show 100% I can’t imagine this story working well in a movie setting unless we get the guys who made Lord of the Rings working on it and even then it would prob be a soggy mess. Tv show would let me spread out the ideas and even let me add some extra sense I’m excluding from the comic since I want to finish it before I die
Don’t really know, prob 20-30 year olds since it deals with a lot of existential dread that seems prior in those ages? XD prob most relatable for them. Prob some younger folk too once the romances kick off.
Yes, I’d prob be great friends with Dimitri as much as we’d pick on each other XD, thea and Ralh are pretty easy to get along with but honestly thea would prob drive me nuts
No, that’s way too little money and honestly I wouldn’t want to sign rights away to anyone considering there’s a lot of incompetence in media rn tho last year we got some pretty good shit so I guess it would depend on the team Who’d be working on it

Re-Tros - If The Monkey Becomes (To Be) The King, and it could be the background music throughout the whole episode (link if you don't know the song)
TV serie, each episode 5 minutes top, with different visual formats for each episode.
Not sure, either early 20s or late 40s-50s depending on how it is done.
My main character doesn't do friends, so what me or anyone else wants would not matter much.
Sure, I'll take the cash and develop something else if they really screw it (but I'm confident by nature)...

A television series. My story is pretty slice of life so a show would work way better for all the character development.
I'd figure the main audience would probably range from 13 up to people in their early 20s.
Um, probably not haha. I do enjoy them greatly, but they do some really messed up stuff that just would not be my cup of tea in reality (i.e. theft, violence, and murder for the sake of it at times).
No. I would much rather publish on my own or with another company where I retain rights as well as royalties. No one paycheck for me.

(I've got a couple comics but I'll go for my main two, Foxtales and Gekkering while answering)

I've got whole playlists for my comics (both active and in development) but for Gekkering it'd have to be Tomb Boss - Catharsis and for Foxtales jump man 93 - bruh

Of the two I think only Foxtales would work as any kind of adaptation and out of tv or film most definitely television. Most of my stories were kind of made with animation in mind, so some kind of ongoing animated series of any of them would be neat as heck.

I would hope maybe teens and/or young adults. I'd honestly like to gauge the age range of my current reader base since stuff like that is actually pretty interesting to me.

Yes and no. The main mc's of Foxtales and Gekkering are literally me so it'd be like talking to myself (which I kind of do already?) but as for the other mc's it depends. In terms of personalities I think we'd be fairly compatible for friendship but if they we're self aware (like they know I made them and gave them their backstories etc) probably not. If they existed as their own individuals unaware of that then yeah I'd say I have something of a chance...so long as they don't find me annoying

As much as it would seem tempting I'd have to say hard no. As someone who made their stories and characters with specific things in mind seeing them altered (especially drastically) would bother me A LOT. Plus Hollywood has a bad habit of sometimes completely ruining an original story and turning stuff into the complete opposite of what the original creators intended and I'd hate to be another of those. The money might seem enticing but unless there's an agreement to respect the source material then no thanks.

I'll answer these 5 questions for my comic TLC!

1) For the Theme song: Keke Palmer - We Are Family, as cheesy as that sounds what else would fit a family with 9 misfit children?

2) Given my comic has several story archs with diffrent characters and over 140 pages? It'd definately have to be a TV series, preferably an animated one as I'm not a big fan of real actors with CGI (too easy to over do it)

3) I think It'd be popular with teens/ young adults? Just based on the profile pictures of those who follow my work that don't know me in person (I should actually poll my subscriber base one day to get a better gage)

4) Hard to say. I dunno if Yinyang would get on my nerves by asking too many questions or if e'd just talk about why people do what they do for hours. I'd definitely get along with keen and the twins, being into the arts and all. Bobby's nice but I don't have much in common with him, the others IDK. I'd probably get really annoyed with Orion's obliviousness if he was a real person TBH

5) I mean I'm 19..... and it $500,000...........I need money and I could always have fun denouncing anything ridiculous hollywood does on twitter so..... yes
