I used to use Anime Ace, but I ended up hating how it looked and my main job as a publishing manager found me irked at the ALL CAPS nature (though most comics have ALL CAPS, I wanted mine to start feeling a little more subdued).
I've actually started using Segoe Print, which is a Microsoft font. It has a really nice readability and give my comic a sort of old school feel. I used the bold font, and then use Photoshop's "fake" bold to do extra boldness
