I didn't really "draw" it because I was mostly drawing over your lines. Overall, it took me... I dunno, like...20 mins or less?
But as VibrantFox correctly pointed out... comparing yourself to me in terms of drawing speed would be completely nuts and really unhelpful. I've been drawing for over thirty years. Hell, I've been drawing professionally for over fifteen now. I can probably do this a lot faster than you can.
You have to work out what you can draw like in a certain space of time.
For example, when I was planning my webcomic, I did style experiments that looked like this, with multiple layers of shading on everything, and lots of texture overlays:
When while colouring it (and you can see, I didn't even finish), I realised I'd been working on this one panel for two hours and I thought, "I can't do two pages of this a week". Some people can, but not me! So I simplified the style and it ended up like this:
Nearly all flat colours, only shaded on eyes and skin, just throw an edge highlight on everything else. For me, this is a nice balance of detail I feel looks decent enough and that I personally can manage.
Try things out and see what works for you. It doesn't have to be what works for me. Some people are faster than me and can skip the entire pencilling stage or make sketchy inks look good, or have their comic in a setting where it's easier to use 3D backgrounds. Some people are slower than me and prefer to take their time on detailed, beautiful pages and just update once a week. There's no right or wrong way. Plus you will get faster over time and refine your panel-creating pipeline.
