When I was younger, I drew with the mouse. With practice, it is possible to use it, thou I would suggest using a lazer mouse and not the ones with the ball.

Nowadays I created my comics with a mouse and vectors in Adobe illustrator for the comic Moments. I do miss being able to go freehand, that's why I am actively saving up for a wacom cintiq.

I always used the wacom tablet since I was 7 until I broke it by accident and I was in the middle of finishing a comic 5 years ago. Let's just say I managed to make it look pretty good with a mouse.

To be honest I think that paint with the mouse is for brave people XDD
When I was 16 years old I used to draw with the mouse. Then I bought a graphic tablet and I discovered the paradise.

I know your pain. I used to draw on my tablet then my stylus broke. I was halfway to finishing my animation.

I go back and forth! I like to use tablet when sketching because it's easier to draw faster! But sometimes I like to use mouse when outlining because I tend to be more precise and slow down

takes practice but its very much possible, you just dont have the same precission of using something like a pen

I used a mouse from 2008-2015. An old 2003 Dynex corded laser. This is one of the last pictures I drew before it finally died. RIP. I got a tablet shortly after.

You can get good at using any drawing tool, even if it is a brick. I often hear young artists say "if only I could get a tablet" but in the meantime you can still draw with a brick and get good at using it just as well.

I draw on Paint.NET sometimes but it always feels very clunky compared to other drawing programs. I think it's meant more for editing, which is what I use it for.
