Anyone else see a huge, unexplained increase in views?

I just looked at my dashboard and noticed a HUGE increase in the number of views for my series. I find this odd, especially for a Sunday which is traditionally my slowest day of the week. No great influx of likes, comments, or subs, just lots and lots of views. A very active Sunday for me MIGHT see 35-50 views on any given series, usually when a new sub is added and they check it out.

Bots? Crawlers? I'm guessing that this is the likeliest case, just wondering if it's just me (for the record, I did not even open that other thread about the webtoon artist looking for email addresses so that they might offer critiques, so it didn't come from that)

It is an extra long weekend for some, so it might be that readers have had more time to search and find things to read or catch up on series they bookmarked and wanted to read.

I am convinced that there are bots because sometimes I notice a huge uptick in views, on every single one of my comics, even the ones I haven't touched in years. And they usually read exactly 20 episodes and leave...

There was one time too where I inexplicably got over 1,000 views in a single day, which I struggle to believe was legitimate:

If your work gets reposted by a celebrity online, it's possible that this kind of popularity surge could happen. Maybe?

I have been experiencing an increase in views, yes. I had over 3K views last month, although I suppose scheduling one page per day probably helped, along with all the hard work I've done to promote Nixvir.

I had the same thing a few weeks ago. I have no idea what caused it but I like to think that a little book club found my book and read it that week. It only lasted about a week for me so enjoy it while it lasts.

Happens every now and then. Racked up 150+ views on one day for AngHell Dela Blackpill. Then the next day is 10 views or so...

I remember it was that time my work buddy blabbed his mouth to his drinking buddies about my comics..

And another time it was when it was posted on an incel message board...
