Are any of your characters referenced/inspired by irl people

All of my characters are completely fictional meaning I don’t mirrored them after anybody. It’s just all made up in my head!

I outline the story first and then come up with characters to fill the requirement the story needs, and for fun I do versions of real people, namely celebrities, mostly as side characters, for example like these ones -

IMO everything you draw or write is inspired by things you saw or experienced at some point.
Creators mix up the references and create something new. Sometimes the references are obvious,
sometimes they are not so obvious but there is always an origin for everything because otherwise
it wouldn´t exist in your head

A couple of them are visually inspired by my friends, some names are also parts of their names that fit the character (never their full name and never does the name go to a character visually inspired by them). I also make sure to make sure they're ok with me doing it and that the character's personnality has nothing to do with them, especially as most of my friends are basically angels and my characters are... not.

The main one that comes to mind is Mina, who is a primary antagonist in the story who is horribly cruel who's visual is based off of someone who is the human incarnation of a bunny rabbit.

Come to think of it, I'm starting to realize that Friar and Alec may have more in common with me than I realize.
Friar is a chicken(and I may be a closeted featherie/birdie/fowlian whatever you kids call it), but he's also a self-righteous prude following some self-made theology (pardon the phrasing, I used to be very religious, which actually leaked into my character's traits more than I realized.)

Alec kinda shares characteristics of my dad (Boomer, very adamant about work ethic and putting effort into all that he does, though despite the hard exterior he's(dad) a teddy bear inside, moreso now than he was in the past. Suppose Alec will soften up from story events, eventually, but for now he's sorta looked at like a villain, or a good guy in the wrong business (which does not relate to dad at all, he's a loveable goof-ball at his age now <3) I have some of that personality too, very strict and disciplined in the past, but now ADD and goofy AF at my age.

And though they haven't been introduced yet, there was an instance I witnessed at a fast food joint that inspired two minor but fun characters Jaime and her manager (NoNameYet). Let's just say you don't have to be trained in football to tackle someone to the ground. They will appear sometime March/spring of next year, but in honor of that tense but hilarious event.

Oh, yeah, let's not forget that the designs of Alec Tryon, his late wife Teresa, Angel(not appeared yet but in a photo) look suspiciously like mascots of very popular fast food chains! (not 'IRL people' as the poster asked, but the resemblance is still hilariously un/intentional)

Wild Nights, Hot and Crazy Days is based on a true story, so every character in it was inspired by a real person. The main character was inspired by me because the main character is me.

Pretty much, yeah. Calavera, the main character of my comic series "Bare Bones" borrows a lot from my wording and my general attitude. As for Lyra, the female protagonist, she is heavily inspired by a girl i met several years ago. A kind person but which has been through things that has damaged her quite a bit.

Some of my characters are based off of aspects about myself but put to an extreme. I don't have any character that is a parallel to anyone IRL but there are aspects about my life that does reflect in my characters, like mixed race families and adoption.

However, I do have character's name based off of real people...

Johnny Appleseed from Crow's Worth is named after the American who planted apple trees.

Mr. Robin from Frostpeak West is named after Edwin Robinson, an American poet.

Kind of sort of... Conri was like my first ever REAL self-insert character, but I'm trying to really make him his own individual as opposed to just me (if that makes sense!)

A few of my characters are named after friends or people and even pets I knew.

I had a friend named Eric, a friend named Pujita. One of my friend’s kittens was named Winston. I also named Elsie after my friend named Elsie who actually introduced me to this site. The episode “Elsie’s Trinkets” is nod to her.

Some of my older characters like Rye and Jon, they were loosely named after my art teacher and one of my uncles.

I got Ernest’s name from Ernest Hemingway. I have no connection to that author, I just like the name Ernest.

As for any of my characters based on real people, Roy and Elsie were based on friends I have IRL. As for anyone famous or another character from media, I don’t think I have any of those.

Of course. Most of the people are referenced from people i've encountered, and i've also met a ton of weirdos from across the whole spectrum of oddballs and fringe dwellers so I have a pretty deep well to draw from. One thing I don't like about some writing is how one person's lack of lived experience can poke through and that includes not being familiar with a big world outside their own, I want to try my best to avoid that so I just take mental notes about all kinds of people i've met.

Yes, the story and characters are based on real events. Obviously some elements have touches of exaggerated fiction to make the plot a little more interesting but I could say that it is 60% real, 40% fiction.

Yeah, my protagonist Noah is inspired by my ex best friend. They are similar in appearance and they both get easily scared by spooky situations and are annoyed by situations that can involve them to do efforts.

The other day at the gym, a girl came for the first time who looked like a spitting image of my main character as a real person. Like, small indian girl with similar parted bangs. I felt bad if it looked like I was staring! It was just so uncanny to me.

I wouldn't say my characters are physically based off anyone, but their experiences are based off a mix of experiences of people I know, or have spoken to, irl. Some loosely share similar personality traits as well, Daniel was originally based off the worse parts of my dad but sorta became his own character, that's about it.
