Overall, I do like the look of the building. It actually looks like a building, and that's good. And, when compared to the picture, I can see where you were going. I like the little details you made as well, especially for the windows. Even for the bottom one, you can tell there are still windows.
Some of the designs on the side (which I can assume are the balconies) are sorta slanted (more so on the bottom building). From the top, you had it in a well aligned place, but it slowly slid downward as you went on. That happens to me sometimes as well.
You can probably fix it a little by following the same alignment you had for the first, tallest building. As in, copying and pasting the designs and fixing them as need be (IF you are able to go back and do this. if not, it's a cool tip to use later on).
I also have a little tip on some perspective: you can slowly make details smaller on buildings, like my own little example here:
Of course, mine is not the perfect picture, and there are some things that are still slanted. But on the left, you can notice that my windows slowly get smaller until you can't see the frames almost. That also helps a little bit with perspective
It's also good to add a little bit more shading, so that you can provide some 3D -effects to the building.
I hope this helps a wee bit!
