@Legendofgenii Thank you! I have to keep drawing them until I memorise the placement of the muscles and bones. This is my 3rd or 4th time drawing them my exercises take up most of the day

Do you do any practice routines or exercises?

I used to do studies back at college and university.

Lots of life drawing and anatomy lessons (2 days a week for four years ) I use the constructive anatomy method too.

I mostly just study hands now, because I have to draw them a lot for my comic. I’ll try to remember to add some drawings here.

Good practice and I think that´s the way to get better. Especially with the gesture sketches and the breaking down the body into simple forms
