well i've attached few of my stories. collaborations take practice. PM if you are interested at all  I think your art posts has character. if not no worries and good luck

I would say that usually you'd want to make revenue an even split between writer and artist, but it really depends on the collaboration.

Also, your artwork is really nice! Don't let the lack of dedication of others tear you down. If you're still looking for a writer, I'm interested  I write a different fantasy Webtoon of my own and I have a lot of experience with the genre.

Let me know :+1:

Well, to be fair, I wouldn't be okay with only 30% of the revenue, because I write very detailed scripts, and as both a writer and artist, I would say that I probably spend just as much time writing or preparing plot details as I do drawing.

Maybe other people just throw a script together, but I don't. I'm sure there are a lot of artists that argue that writing is worth less than artistic ability, but as someone who does both, I adamantly disagree.

I mean, obviously, just my personal opinion, but in the end, that's all that the discussion is, a bunch of people throwing opinions back and forth, since there's no way to prove the validity of either argument.

Something to consider, and this is true of any profession: a writer who is okay with 30% revenue probably doesn't take their job very seriously. If someone doesn't have faith enough in their own craft to think that it's worth a decent wage, perhaps it... isn't.

Saying accepting 30% means you don't take your craft seriously or don't have faith in it is unfair. Since a lot of artist/writers say the art takes them far longer, it could simply be the writer respecting the effort that goes into creating the art for a webtoon.

You're the first artist/writer I've encountered that spends an equal amount of time on both. A detailed script is great if that's what an artist is looking for, and for sure would take a lot of time to do and I respect you for taking the time to make one for yourself. But since it is your script, you know exactly what you mean. No matter how detailed the script, the artist still has to visualise it and make a lot of design choices unless the writer also provides a plethora of references/visual aids/colour pallets/ect.

Still looking for a writer that has a finished plot

Hey. I have story ideas which are completed with the plot. I have just started scripting them. My intention for the story is a webcomic - but I am not an artist nor have the capacity to draw well. What genre are you looking for?

I would like to turn my webnovel into a webcomic. I can't pay, but I can offer input for the story.

I'm a workaholic and I am happy about it, I'm currently working with two other artists on two different projects and they both like my personality. So rest assured, if you like to work with me I will give my time to our project and I bet we will get along. if you want to discuss more, sopefully#7471 is my Discord ID and I send you a friendship request.

Hello, I love your art style! I am currently writing a comic but I suck at drawing. If you wouldn't mind, would you like to be the artist for my comic? I know that you might be busy so get back to me at any time. Also, I don't have discord sorry.
