Brainly falsely states that animation is not drawings

When I was browsing on Google, one of the results I stumbled was a link to a page from the Brainly website with the answer falsely stating that animation is not drawings, animation is drawings, we can see the outlines of the characters that are drawn and animation is hand-drawn, animation that is not drawn is stop-motion, paper cut-out animation and 3D animation, the writer didn't even fact check what 2D animation is, I don't like it when people make factual errors saying that 2D animation is not drawings, 2D animation is drawings, I don't like when people make factual errors like that, what's worse that title of the question is ''What is the difference between drawing and animation?'', animation is drawings, it's just that the person who made the question did not do the research of what 2D animation is, As I said before, 2D animation is drawings, I don't like it when people don't do research what 2D animation is.

This seems like grammar stuff to me. You can correctly state animation is (mostly 'was' these days given how much of the process is automated now) a series of drawings. But by its nature you cannot say it is A drawing.

But I don't know what the actual text says since you neglected to share a link and quote.

Yeah, a moving drawing, but it's not a moving drawing, it's still drawings, by nature, it's drawings or 3D models or stop-motion puppets.

What about AI animation? That's the killer question. Seems like it could be argued that it's technically CGI, and I don't think anyone would argue that that is a drawing.

AI animation is just animation made by AI, the writer behind the question is just grammar mistake, Here is proof that 2D animation is drawn:

Writer of the question that I saw online was just stupid that they didn't know 2D animation is drawn, countless of animation are drawn and countless of animation are 3D and stop-motion.
animation is drawn or not drawn, it comes in all shapes, I don't like these types of questions on the internet.

But yea, it's a matter of semantics. But also there are other factors that go into animation that are separate from illustrative work. It's not just composition, you also need to consider cinematography. Character acting needs to have a lot more time spent on it. Like comics, your dealing with sequential art, but art that needs to be properly timed. And this is not even getting into the audio aspect of animation, if it's not a silent work.

AI animation? You mean rotoscoping? Unless there's another aspect of AI animation, then if you could care to inform.

Thanks for the advice! although animation is separate from illustrative work, animation is art, whether drawn or 3D and they are different than illustration.
