You mean convert it from CYMK to RGB? Would you even need to do that if it's a book?

If you're referring to printing, that's done in a CMYK color space (cyan, magenta, yellow, and key (black)). The printer would need publishing-ready files in CMYK for cover artwork or any illustrations you wanted to include in your novel. Text typically prints in black only.

Anything suitable for reading on a phone or computer screen can be exported in RGB (red, green and blue). RGB color spaces support more dynamic colors than traditional CMYK printing, including fluorescent colors, neon, and so forth.

i meant isolate your text into spectrum to get rid of systems, you'd let go of many characters that way

I'm still not sure what you mean by "Isolate your text into spectrum to get rid of systems". Are you talking about removing formatting (font, text effects, etc)?

Oh, wait, I think I may have figured out what you mean. Are you asking about whether you can post your novel as images rather than as text in order to get past the Tapas 15k character limit? If this is what you're asking, the answer is yes and no.

Yes, you could create an image containing text, but no, this would not help (much). Tapas also has a limit on how big the images can be in a novel, and it will shrink the images smaller than the 940 pixel comic limit, which might render your text unreadable on a small screen.

Here's what I mean, because the final chapter in my story actually hit 15k characters before I was able to do the "Goodbye" message. I got around the limit by adding an image with what I said at the bottom.

On the PC screen (16" screen, 3840x2400 resolution) the text in the image is larger than the regular text:

On my phone (IPhone 14 Plus) the text in the image is smaller than the regular text:

Note that this forum will shrink these images to much smaller than actual size, but you can get the gist of what I'm talking about. Also note that this is only a small image containing maybe a few hundred characters. Larger images with thousands of characters might be unreadable, and they would almost certainly be larger than Tapas' maximum image size for a novel. Tapas says they allow a maximum of 5 images, up to 2MB each, but that is a lie. If your images are too big or if you have too many it will simply not allow you to publish your episode. It will pretend it's doing so and will give you no error messages, but your episode will remain in "drafts"

might mean treat all the text like covers and titles instead of subtitles
