Can't Find Suitable Font for my Drawings

Hello guys.

I am an amateur illustrator. I draw lots of things but I cannot find suitable font for my drawings and my handwriting is very bad. I cannot write

Other favorites of mine would be IndieStar https://www.dafont.com/indiestar-bb.font and Anime Ace (which I actually use for my own comic) https://www.dafont.com/anime-ace-bb.font

Generally speaking, both Dafont and Fontsquirrel are very good sources for nice and free fonts you could use one suggestion: look at some of your favorite comics and try to figure out what kind of font they use: is it rounded? Pointy? Serif or sans-serif? Once you've figured out the type of font you like, look for similar stuff on Dafont/Fontsquirrel/anywhere else (Dafont seems to be in maintenance right now so I can't check it, but Fontsquirrel has an entire section dedicated to comic fonts https://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/list/classification/comic). You may not find the exact font your favorite comic uses (more often than not they're licensed fonts that cost quite a bit of money), but you may find something similar that doesn't cost quite as much

Blambot is a great website! I generally recommend the font Anime Ace, it's fun and easy to read.
But they also have more "serious" fonts, if you prefer that.

I couldn’t help you with a specific font because honestly..... i hate most fonts people use for comics and I hand-letter but I’d say keep an eye out for a font that sort of matches the line quality of the work. Your example in particular reminds me a lot of PoorlyDrawnLines who looks like they might hand-letter but the thin line and blocky letters compliments the thin line and blocky shapes of the characters really well

I don’t usually use fonts at all but for a cover I had to use one for the titles and spent maybe all of ten minutes on Google Fonts before I found one I really liked

A font that might compliment your art style would probably be a lighter weight sans serif, though you'll have to balance that with making sure it's easy to read. You don't seem to use any sharp edges, so something rounded as well. It might also depend on what your genre is to an extent.

A lot of digital art programs have ton of stock fonts. I make my comic in Procreate and use Chalkboard SE for dialog and Marker Felt for sound effects.

if you want a font that looks like handwriting, you could try Bradley Hand. It is usually a default font but you could also download it if you don't have it.

Thanks everyone. I've tried all the fonts.I worked for 2 days without a break but writing by hand definitely gives the most natural result. I'll just have to exercise my hand
