Thanks, I'm glad you like the art! In terms of pacing, it'll gradually get more intense but is intended to be a slow burn overall so it might not be your cup of tea. I want to take my time to build deep characters/lore properly so there will be plenty of calmer, slower moments in between the more fast paced action packed stuff. I can't churn pages out any faster either unfortunately. Art that detailed takes a crazy amount of time and I'm already giving it my all(8-10 hours a day on top of my paid jobs). It's also just me working on it so realistically, I can't go any faster :sweat_01:

Also, did you have a series you wanted to share too? It is a read for read so I'd happily check out whatever comic you're working on if there is one

I think, you r an amazing actor!! I love the characters and how it was drawn

Well, here's the problem though? It takes you three weeks to update this, so you're looking at nearly a year to get out, what, 20 pages? I just don't know if that's going to appeal to a lot of people. You need to get this done way faster than you're doing. We try to get three webcomics updated at least three times a month.

I think you could benefit having shorter pages. It seems like you're trying to put too much into each "issue". Just our friendly advice, Paige. If you want us to review how you're writing and setting up each issue, we're happy to offer feedback too.

Thanks for all the comments you're so sweet! I'm super excited to read more of your comic as you go. I love the pace you have it going at, and the fact you can draw that much detail in just a couple of weeks is insanely impressive!!

Each update is 15-20 pages worth of comic, they're pretty lengthy updates so I'm not sure where you're getting 20 pages per year(Maybe you meant 20 updates/episodes?). I also notice you say " WE try to get three webcomics updated...". That's awesome if you've got multiple people working to pump out that much content, but like I said, this is JUST ME working on mine. I honestly cannot go faster and am doing the best I can. I feel like my results have been really good so far and that I'm happy with my pacing/methods. My main goal it to make a story that I want/will be proud of long term, sub counts and views come second and as long as handful of people get some joy out of it, I'm happy. So with all due respect, I'm gonna have to agree to disagree here. ^-^'

Yes, 20 updates a year.
But, whatever. It seems like this is really good. I just don't know about the length of time it takes.

No problem, and thank you so much, I could definitely say the same to you! I enjoy the whimsy and sense of humor you have in yours! I'll have to be better about keeping up with it!(I'm usually on webtoon more than Tapas but am trying to even my time out more)

Just checked your comic and I'm really enjoying it right now! I can tell you've put a lot of effort into this, especially with how detailed the backgrounds are in each panel. Honestly it's so detailed that the setting itself feels like its own character.

I saw a couple of comments regarding pacing and I definitely can see the issue (an update every 3 weeks is a little on the long side). That being said, it's a difficult job to balance plot progression and quality of the overall story, especially when you're the only person working on it. You want to get updates out quicker to keep your audience engaged/attract new people, but you don't want to rush through which'll end up degrading your work. I'd say that slow updates help make the final result a better product (growing an audience once you're finished) while quicker updates help with the journey (growing an audience alongside updates).

On the topic of stories with slow pacing, I'd really appreciate it if you could check mine out!

Thanks! I just read through/liked all of yours! I really liked your pacing and how planted things that had nice reveals later on! The dynamic between the 3 main characters was really well done too!

Thanks, I'm so happy you enjoyed it! I just got done reading through/liking/rating and all that on yours. Really awesome stuff, I'm genuinely invested and have subscribed for more! I really love the artstyle you're using in particular ^-^

For sure, it's a difficult line to walk. In theory I COULD break up the updates a little more and do every other week(Still making the same number of pages per week, it'd just be 10-12 pages per update rather than 15-20). Better for the algorithm but then the ends of each episode would be more awkward. With the 3 week schedule, I can always end on a good story beat but every other week is going to mean breaking up conversations/sequences in a way that's probably less enjoyable to read. I also did a couple surveys on instagram to ask which schedule people prefer and the majority keeps picking the 3 week schedule(I get about 50-70 responses each time so a decent survey pool). So I dunno, it seems like people are cool with the wait right now but maybe I'll revist the idea later down the line.

Giving this a bump since I've got some spare time to read a few more series!

I don't use much Webtoons, but I'll try! Don't you have a tapas version? Cause I think I might have seen you and subscribed already!

Here you are my novel, I hope you'll like it!

Thanks, I appreciate that! I do have a tapas version as well(it's just the cover right now so there's nothing to read yet on there). I did see you subscribed though and recognize your name! I'm heading over to check yours out now so keep an eye out for me in the comments!

Hello! My name is Nic, and this is my webcomic. I hope you enjoy!

Also, I just subbed you on Webtoon, your series is fantastic! Keep up the awesome work, man!

Awesome, thank you so much! :heart_02: I'm heading over to yours now so keep an eye out for me in the comments! ^-^

I've read/subbed to both of yours too! Any one else reading really ought to check out Feathermage's work, it's really good!
