If you're intending to post this as a webcomic, particularly on a platform like Tapas or Webtoon, where most readers are on mobile devices, I'd probably recommend considerably bigger dialogue text and speech bubbles. The ones you have will look fine for print, but on a phone they're going to be pretty small, so maybe consider making separate web and print versions and giving the web version bigger text? You've left plenty of space, so hopefully an easy change?
On a note as a British person, I'm a little bewildered by the name of the place? Limerick is a place in Ireland, and Alford is a place in England and the dragon is the symbol of Wales, so because the scenery looks like it could be somewhere in the UK or Ireland, and the clothing looks roughly WWI era, and we did have a King in WWI, and in Ireland I believe they do call their police "The Guard", so I'm struggling to tell if this is meant to be Fantasy set in a country sort of similar-ish to the UK and/or Ireland or if it's a historical drama that needs more research. I assume it's meant to be Fantasy because of the dragon and swords? It could perhaps do with some more Fantasy flourishes to maybe the town or uniforms or clothing, or at least place names that aren't as well known as Limerick.
On the subject of setting, it's a little jarring how the establishing shot doesn't show the town, only the fields somewhere presumably outside it, and then we jump to the middle of a town. Perhaps if you could add the town nestled in the valleys, it'd communicate "this is a little rural town/village" better by showing how small and isolated the town is before zooming in on the town to show what's going on there.
