Yes, this is completely normal. I can't remember the exact details, so forgive me if I get this wrong. I am sure someone else will correct me, but each device can have a different color characteristic, it's just the way they were setup I believe. A computer has a different spectrum of RBG and CMY that they work on and so do printers and phones, etc. To make all your computer monitors run a more expanded color spectrum, you'd have to buy a device to do that. I believe there's one such device called the color munki that does that. The color munki makes each monitor you use it on to work on the same color spectrum, and not only that, it expands the default color spectrum of your monitors and your printer too, so what you see on your monitor will print out the same color on paper, that's always the trouble I see. Also, humans are very interesting though, it could also be that your own eyes are seeing the color slightly different as well. All of us do not see the exact same spectrum of color either xD
