Do you have a webcomic/novel born from a song?

This is pretty much interesting.
I remeber my first favorite oc's ever being born from occasional sketches for practise (which i think many people can relate actually) but for my Red Riding Hood story i was inspired by a song.
A Kpop song.
When i finished drawing the comic (right now i'm coloring it and mainly posting it on my Webtoon) i tried looking back at where it started the idea and couldn't believe that a kpop song named "Wolf Baby" sort of inspired a deeper story
It was hilarious but also the proof that we can be struck by the lighting of inspiration everywhere with everything and later change it to suit our point of rappresentation better.

Two stories which I'm hoping to make into comics were originally inspired by songs. They've changed a lot since their conception but some elements of the story have remained the same.

One is a fantasy story that was inspired by this song

I only really had a single scenario come to mind while listening to the song which was a sort of dramatic chase scene preceded by a monster encounter. From there it evolved into more as I let it stew over time and the old scene concept evolved into what's planned to be the comic's opening with hopefully good execution.

The second was a sci-fi story which originally took inspiration from this song and I'd given it the same name as well

What's interesting to me for this one was it started out as a short story about an inventor and his journey trying to build this robot but over time I'd lost interest in that concept. If anything it felt somewhat similar to the story in the Vocaloid song Kokoro but more from the "creator's" side of the story.

Even though I dropped that story idea (and changed the name) I opted to keep the characters evolving them and adding other characters alongside. The present story while still in development now takes some inspiration, in terms of it's atmosphere, aesthetic and vibe, from this collab album from Louis the Child and Whethan

It's honestly a drastic change from it's original form but I like it a lot better from the planned modern/futuristic setting to the characters especially the "robots"

I'm inspired by music pretty often so I wouldn't be surprised if there's other connections in other stories I just hadn't realized

Our Universe was first a written story inspired by the dream pop band Beach House. Especially from this song:

Its more inspiration for my comic's MC than the comic itself, but "Queen of the Furrows" by Tragically Hip was that for me. Her story's changed a lot, to the point where that song isn't even on her playlist anymore, but it got the ball rolling initially.

I run a forum adventure on another site inspired by Lindsey Stirling's We Are Giants music video.

It's got nothing to do with the song's message or lyrics, the video is just weird and my brain latched onto some things and decided to make a story out of it.

It's very much a work in progress, but yeah- actually- my comic was very largely inspired from this song.

I've known the poem "The Old Astronomer" for years and I always loved it, but when I finally heard this song the story just started coming together. I put this song on a lot when I'm drawing to try to capture that same feeling.

The entire second season of Mallory Bash is titled, "The Dreaming Tree Saga," and was inspired in no small part--and with many references to--the song of the same title by Dave Matthews Band from their album "Before These Crowded Streets." There's even a primary character named Cyrus whose character is modeled after Matthews.
