Yeah, definitely - would recognize your avatar or your artwork just from Sketch a Day (which I guess I'll call the SAD Club now lmfao) but also remember you posted some before and after character art that is super amazing!

I feel that too - recognizing people, getting really excited if I saw their art somewhere in the wild or if they got a staff pick or whatnot, but usually decide communicating is too hard and go back to my drawing tablet .

Just getting started with the day over here, finally get to work on just thumbnail sketches and my precious lineart - so happy. Hope yours is going great!

For those of you who don't know me, I go by Dual and I currently do a webcomic: Two years ago I have done a fanart contest to celebrate my first year on tapas and since then I have grown a bit. I was thinking of doing a fanart contest this year too! But first I wanted to do a post to see if there is interest in a contest like this. I'm still debating on what to do for a prize. Might go with drawing prize art or maybe even money prizes but I haven't figured …
