I’m honestly feeling my character Ernest lately.

He is in a cartoony style but you can draw him realistic if you want. And the striped thing is a Victorian puff tie. A popular style of the time.

Edit: if you’re looking for a realistic reference, here is a portrait from the Victorian era of a guy who looks a lot like Ernest.

Long haired dudes are hard to find from this era believe it or not 🤣
