Like medical dramas, high fantasy, some more mild violence and language, a rather slow-ish burn romance all wrapped into a very, very descriptive world building. High fantasy elements: sky ships, all the land floats above the sea, DnD races: elves, dwarfs, orcs and the sort. Read this:
