I'll just write down cartoons of my childhood as a 90's kid, but some of them might actually be from 80's. They just were played on tv a bit later in my country c:
Watership Down (tv series) (this serie was so dark and I loved it. Actually, I don't recall anything from it except the scary parts CX )
The Moomins. With Snufkin and Little My being my favourite characters ♥ Aaaand the Groke, used to wait for episodes with her ♥
The Smurfs, cheering for Gargamel and the cat > u< and Sassette.

Codename: Kids Next Door, though only when my sister wasn't home as she hated it ; -;
Grimm's Fairy Tale Classics (had 2 or 3 video tapes with those, my favourite ones being Hansel and Gretel, Snow White and The Crystal Ball. Though I had a weird relationship with The Crystall Ball, as I was really scared of it, but still addicted to watching it).
He-Man (I loved this show, okay? this and She-Ra. And I remember being annoyed by the fact that He-Man appeared in She-Ra show but she didn't in his CX)
My Little Pony (had those on 3 video tapes, I used to watch it all the time)
Redwall (I really liked it, but missed most of episodes as it was aired on early Saturday's mornings. Usually sleep would win)
Those are my favs, but I actually used to watch almost everything on tv. I have no idea how I managed to watch most of the tv shows and still play outside for hours : P days used to be longer : P
