Are you using traditional, digital, or mixed media? Looks like you're leaving your sketch lines in the page - a quick touch-up in digital or tracing over on another piece of paper would fix that.
Here's an example:
See the extra lines on the hair/face? Just by getting rid of those lines you can make your comic look a lot more professional.
Other feedback would be to run your panels through a spell check, either through software like Word or by having a friend read through it. Simple grammar and spelling checks can help a comic connect with readers much better.
