So, I've been poking around GoComics for a little bit and like the site and its content quite a bit. I also did a little research and found out that creators can submit their comics to be published through a syndicate they're associated with.

What are your guys' thoughts on this? Would it be worth it to pitch a comic to them to get under contract? Or would you rather stay as an indie artist?

A friend of mine was talking about how she doesn't trust publishers. What are your thoughts?

I was thinking about submitting my comic to them, but I'm not sure now.

it's andrews mcmeel syndicate.. they primarily sell to newspapers and who reads newspapers anymore...
don't think it's easy to get in.. and then you would probably have to deal with daily deadlines.. and i don't think the money is that great anymore..
should have tried it 30 years ago..
just my opinion..
but being published in the thame house as calvin and hobbes would be worth it i guess!
