@KhanSpring and @FADEX What you guessed does sound like an interesting concept, and reminds me a bit of Tokyo Riding Hood, a manga I've read before, but sorry, you're both wrong. I gibe 2 out of 10
@Kuma is the only one that got it right. It's an AKIRA inspired story, but starts out feeling like a Slice of Life story. And the title character, Chiyoko, instead of being a psychic child that's sealed away, she's the main character's mom who went missing. 8 out of 10 because there are very many things that makes Chiyoko different from AKIRA
