For the art I guess the last comic is competent and looks professional. Savage swords it feels kinda like the anatomy could be tweaked or reworked just a little, especially the hero whose body is kinda wonky. The shading is kinda murky, I think just aiming to capture a more comic book feel would probably work looking up super hero comics and see what they do in terms of shading use them as reference and look up tips on how to achieve it.
As for the writing, it exists, that's as much as I can say. They feel less like satire/political commentary more like a PSA or a propaganda piece honestly. There's no story really to exist, it's just there to drive a point home but no substance to drive it. For one thing when it comes to political commentary I think of Southpark which tries to be on the nose but also manages to make you know the characters, relate to them and there's usually a story to drive them to what they want to do. There's nothing really to relate to with these characters other than them all being straw men. If you want someone to relate to your political views you have to humanize them, rationalize them to some extant and make it interesting for audiences as well as do some research on the matter at hand.
Maybe I would care more for the savage swordsman if I knew who he was, but the less I know about him the more he seems like nothing he does is rationalized. As for the hipster characters there's also not much going for them, they're kinda put there with one purpose, to hate them but really not much building into what or who they are or anything really.
