I seem to always forget scars, glasses, and facial hair.

Accessories. If a character is wearing a accessory there is a good chance there are more than one or two panels where is goes missing.

In Lalita at the end of the universe 7 My main characters all have arm bands and these armband magically pop in and out of existence it's tragic

I foget a lot of times cilias, and sometimes I did put the thumbs in the wrong direction.

I make a lot of mistakes with the hair parting of some of my characters. Since I rotate my canvas a lot, I tend to forgot which side is which so some characters end up with a different hair lines. I also forget to draw/ color accessories a lot of the time too. So it gets real annoying to fix when I've already flattened my whole canvas,

I think the only one I felt pretty silly about that a reader caught was when I messed up the ILY sign4 and accidentally had a character just throwing up devil horns5 instead xD

My character only has one hand. His left hand is missing from the wrist down. I can't tell you how many times I've sketched out a page and accidentally made him use the wrong hand for something. >.<

I always manage to fix it while inking/colouring, but it's a silly mistake to make. I mean, I have doodles in my sketchbook where he not only uses the wrong hand for something, but actually uses both hands, even though he's only supposed to have one.

Aside from the grotesque amount of anatomy mistakes, I've drawn characters holding items only to have them =gasp!= disappear for a few panels without my noticing until I've started painting! I hate those accidental magic tricks...

All the damn time. Sometimes I'll be out and about and see some feature of someone... say, a hairline, and think, OH, that's what it's supposed to look like. Oops, I've been doing it wrong the whole time.

All the time! I have characters with scars, markings/tattoos, and accessories that I keep having to remind myself to draw. Sometimes my character's weapons will switch hands without my realizing. Sometimes I forget to complete their glasses ;A; I usually wind up correcting myself before posting the page though, fortunately.

All the time. :'D Usually it's something small like accessories missing, like once where I forgot one of my characters wears 5 rings in total and forgot to draw even one of them. In a panel that prominently shows his hands. I corrected it after posting as that's when I realized the mistake.
I also managed to draw wrong shoes on my main character in last couple of pages I've been working on but thankfully they are in buffer so no one else saw that magical shoe change xD.

On the latest update I forgot a whole word bubbles, so yea... It was pretty embarrasing XD

Once I drew character's thumbs on the wrong sides of hands. And I even uploaded that page. Good thing my sister seen it first and told me, so I could quickly edit it : p

Too many times....
The one I found the funniest though was the scene in Chapter 41

Door opens into bar....

Originally, Roso was supposed to kick the door open on his way out, but I noticed later that the door opened backwards, so I had to change it to Rosso breaking the door down for no reason. And I'm still the only person who ever finds it funny.

Aside from that, Small Items just disappear and reappear sometimes, so noting too, too interesting

Yeah... I keep forgetting small details and acessories on my very detailed characters, draw hands in the wrong direction... Once I uploaded a page where I had edited the hand (since I noticed I should draw it a bit bigger) and it had both the new layer and the old drawing right under it (which I was supposed to remove)...
