HELP ME decide which title I should use

"Ferno" is the name of the world that poor Glad is stuck in and it obviously ties in with the Dante's Inferno theme I'm going go for.. MIGHTY GLAD

The original plan was to call it Mighty Glad: Gates of Ferno. But I felt that was too long and I wanted to keep it short and sweet.

Now, I keep going back and forth between two.

Pick the one you think I should use, no explanation needed, unless you want to.

First: I would tighten the gap between the bottom of the O - without reading your text, I thought it said "Gates of Fern" and "Fern".

Second, what is the story more about? The land of Ferno, or do the gates to this land have any specific tie in?

Wow, I really like the style!
But I agree with @eschaefges, the "O" can bee a little confuse and it was interesting to know if those gates are really important to the story or not : ) If they are, in some way, I'd chose "Gates of Ferno". I like it It sounds good and is more descriptives, so it will be easy "google" about the comic.

Land and gates are equally important, so I can do "Gates of Ferno" or "Ferno" would be equally effective when it comes to the story. So it basically just comes down to preference.

Nr.1 makes me feel like I'm watching a fantasy movie. It has the "Lord of the Rings" or "Percy Jackson" feeling, ya know? And I'm a sssssssucker for those kind of movies.

Nr.2 I'm not so sure what my immediate thoughts are. It doesn't make me think of specific things like nr.1 did but I like the simplicity there!

Yeah I like Gates of Ferno, because if you just call it Ferno, people could assume that was Glad's name.

I think you should pick the name, "Gates of Ferno" as opposed to "Ferno". Sure "Ferno" sounds more edgier but its too vague and some people may not get the reference of Dante's Inferno.

Yeah, I'd go with "Gates of Ferno." And I agree that tightening up the thorn vine to make it more clearly an "O" would help.

I originall thought "Ferno" itself was cool, but then I read the other posts which said "Gates of Ferno" was more obvious as a reference to Dante's Inferno, I'd say go with "Gate of Ferno" It does have a very nice ring to it!

agree with everyone else. gates of ferno is good, and if anything you can just refer to it as "ferno" in shorthand. i also love the ring of the word "ferno" for a place name.

Yeah, like everyone else stated above, I like the ring of Gates of Ferno a lot better than just Ferno. To be honest with you just "Ferno" rings like the movies "Oz" or "Fargo". Gates of Ferno sounds like the title of a story, it sort of opens up the story right from the get go and gets people wanting to read right away (at least it does for me, the title makes it sound like there's going to be a huge adventure ahead, me likey!)
