In my Deadhunter comic a character is going to transform.
I don't know how to layout it.
I'm looking for examples from existing manga from dragon ball to what ever, so if some one could point me to a good example.

I'd like to see examples of this, too. I hardly get to see any transformation sequences in comic form...

...However, from what I have seen, and from what I'm imagining would be a good format, I honestly think ANY layout could work. It's the kind of thing where you can go nuts and just do whatever you feel, like in a dream sequence. Just make sure you have a big panel at the end for the final pose~

I anticipate doing some of that later on, and what I'll probably do is jump straight from one form to another in 2 panels, if there's no struggling involved. Much like page 17 of my comic (bottom panel): https://tapas.io/episode/119471430

If there IS struggling involved, and you wanna show that, one way is to do like a mosaic of randomly shaped panels showing different shots, but show it all quick-like. Another example from my comic, look on the bottom of page 22: https://tapas.io/episode/119822821

Not a manga but still a magical girl webcomic, Sleepless Domain has a few.

Brief Group transformation here24
Solo one for the MC here23
The other MC has one here13

And there are various others, mostly short, scattered through out the comic in general, there's a shorter one of the MC on the next page. Hope that helps a bit.

I don't think there's any wrong way to go about it. It'll just depend on how involved and complicated you want to make it. Shazzbaa's examples are great because you see the before/mid/after all in one fluid scene.

This one is meant as a joke and to mimic Sailor moon. It's not super detailed, mostly just posing with sparkles in a magical girl kind of way.

Thanks for all the help.
