I'll be going off the Tapas version because it's my preferred platform and there seem to be more episodes here? (Or are the webtoon ones longer, maybe?).
Note: After reading it, I now see why you linked the webtoon version. I'm glad you seem to have recognised the issue the Tapas version had with interrupting the flow with a lot of random extras. It reads a lot better without them, and in the longer scroll format.... Though I am a little surprised to see that story pages have also been taken out... and that the pages in the two versions are different? This is a bit strange... So partway I had to hop over to the webtoon mirror... which wasn't really a mirror, so much as the same first pages and then a totally different story.
The first impression this comic gives is very confusing. The banner shows these three characters who look like they'd be in some sort of a shounen action manga, the cover is a delicate ink drawing of some sort of plant, the title is just "Larvae" and the description is just "A story about a boy born from a volcano." and then it's tagged with the unusual combination of "Action, Slice of Life, Fantasy" and the description also tags it as "Shounen". I'm left without a clear idea of what to expect here.
I think it would really help if the cover showed something that tells the reader what to expect. A shounen manga usually has the characters on the cover, perhaps posed in a way that shows off their cool designs and sets up the tone of the story (for example, One Piece covers tend to look chaotic and energetic, Death Note covers are moody and intricate, Bleach covers have a modern graphic design simplicity that evokes "cool", My Hero Academia covers are bold and colourful etc.). The description should establish more, like say what situation the boy from the volcano is in, and what dangers might make his story difficult. Also, ALWAYS put the title of your comic on the cover on Tapas, because otherwise when browsing, nobody will know what it's called!!!
Okay, now onto the comic itself...
I agree with what's been said about the "photobashed" look. There's a lot of inconsistency here, with backgrounds, panels or even different parts of the same panel looking pasted in or traced from different things, often with styles that don't match.
Having all these different styles means that this comic doesn't have its own strong identity. If you think about great shounen manga, each one has a really strong, consistent visual identity of its own. It's important to try to find your own voice as a comic artist, and then to create a consistent feeling world the reader can feel sucked into because everything feels like part of that world, not like a collection of drawings.
The story feels less like a consistent story and more like a collection of short stories. If what you want to make is an anthology of shorts, that's fine, but it's best to let the reader know that's what they're getting. At the moment, this feels most like you had ideas for scenes, perhaps inspired by different manga or anime, and kept wanting to make something like that, and then changing your mind to make a different thing, so every scene feels like something totally different.
Perhaps it would help you to try spending more time in the planning stage so you can pull in more of the ideas you like into one coherent-feeling story? That's what helped me with my comic. I sat down and went "right. I want to make a shounen action story, but I also want it to have some relationship drama, maybe like things like Scott Pilgrim or Lumberjanes, and I want it to have sword and magic, but I also want it to be in a modern setting fairly close to our world...how can I make that work?" And so then I could start working out how to combine the two so you get a little bit of all of those flavours in every chapter; knights who fight big monsters with swords while texting each other about their feelings!
Try making a list of things you want to include in your comic like, "I want it to be a shounen manga inspired story about hot young men. I want there to be a mix of comedy, drama and action, I want the fantasy setting to be inspired by Imperial China, I love drawing plants, so I want there to be plants in the plot or magic system." something like that. Then start planning a plot, like say, "it's about a young man born in a volcano from a magic seed, who has magical plant powers. The Emperor is after him because he could be the key to immortality, and he's on the run and gets joined by these two other misfits who are also running from problems. They seek the golden macguffin that they believe will help." (just an example).
