Share the link of your comic with your friends and ask them to share, but mostly be active and regular with updates, answer all your comments, thank your subscribers, and try reading and commenting other people's stories too (and not just the ones who are already popular and busy).

It requires a lot of time to do all those things + drawing pages + having a life X___X

You should COMMENT ON EVEEEEEERY THINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG

isn't that like ... annoying .. ?? like commenting in someone's stuff he expects to see some awesome stuff to find someone commenting with his workd ?? xD

well .... most of my last days is like sketching and making comics .. .. i will try to keep it with people .. even though that really takes alot smiley

While there's already some pretty good advice, I have strong feelings on this topic.

My advice is to focus on making good content rather then getting views.

Making a good comic not only will get you views, but also earn you fans and dedicated readers.
Also it's just way cooler in my own opinion.

I agree with @BladeRabbit, but I admit it's also natural to want people to see your comic1 I'd suggest being active with the community, but not in a "I'm gonna comment on everything so I can get attention" approach, just...be natural and socialize with other users. It's not only a good way to get people to notice your work, but it's also a great opportunity to share with other webcomics artists and even make friends :'D comic communities are great, dude! take advantage of that!

@MooDigfx welcome, I'm new too here, but I'd offer this chip of advice, never stop doing what you love. It sounds corny, but it has wisdom to it. I just want to say that try to do comics out of love of making them smile everything else is secondary really.

I had recently a slump in that department, but I believe I'm getting over it!

(Also that be active thing is really good advise and link link link)

well i am more like this style smiley ... even though i won't be making comics daily .. i am still kinda new to the comics world ... and i just hate commenting asking for shares and comments .. because it feels like i am annoying ... i just thought that there's like a sharing system like on deviant art ... with groups and stuff .. :3

lol again i am still new here ... i am still having some problems getting used to the website base .. i have nooo idea of how to make friends here and how to share and comment on other people stuff ... too many comics everywhere .. and i guess most of them are just the famous ones :3

well yea that's accurate :3 ..... i start doing comics just for fun and i love doing it :3 ... but i guess comics .. were made soo people can watch them :3 lol to be honest .. you got the awesome feeling when you see someone laughs or lols about something you made ... it just have that special feeling smiley

Well, I'm kinda new here too! I've been here for less than a week x'D I get lost around the site sometimes but I've had fun trying to navigate around and find new comics to read~

Coming from dA too, it was a bit puzzling at first to navigate the site but I got used to it faster than I thought. Even if it took me months to figure certain things, like the fact you can see your list of subscribers by clicking the number either on your page or on the comic's page :u
And the activity page reminds me a bit of how the message center on dA was 8 years ago (but fortunately the submission process is neat and easy, because 8 years ago on dA you needed a heckload of patience lol). It would be rather nice if there was a possibility to view notifications by types, like just comments, or just likes... but I don't doubt we'll get there someday.

At the same time I must say that I like that everything isn't as easy as we're used to in other places, because it calls on our sense of adventure to explore the site, discover other comics, other people... It feels more human and relaxing.

I actually have no idea how to spread my comics either. Everyone here as a good point. What I try to do is shameless plug ins. Whenever you have the chance mention your comic and add a link, but dont misconstrued this idea, no one likes spamming!

My comic is An Un-Pho-Gettable Life2, its basically a comic based on life experiences that I want to remember, good or bad, as well as lame jokes that I find funny in my head. Its just one giant quirky series.
