Study anatomy first. Learn from Proko or Finch then review pictures of body builders to see how they contract, etc. Don't study anatomy from comic pages, you'll just get yourself confused. Study one muscle group at a time, e.g. forearm, front torso, etc then review multiple muscle groups via doodlings.
Then because your people can't be naked all the time, learn drapery (clothes, folds, etc) next. After that, since your fully clothed people can't be in limbo all the time with nothing to interact with. Gotta learn perspective, buildings, cars, guns, etc. Move to the next phase only if your work is passable compared to other entry-level professionals.
With comic pages and panelling, you can just use your favorite artists.
I don't suggest studying them at the same time, you'll be overwhelmed and nothing will stick. But if you can, why not. This is the order I discovered when I taught myself to draw at age 25 and have been professional for 17 years and taught this to my kids who are doing comics now too.
