When life gone bad, respect it and it will be easier to go for you. Don't ignore it, respect it.
You don't need motivation to pick yourself up, you don't need happiness, you need discipline.

I'm also feel like shiet and can't do anything much right now, but I know I will be better later because I have been through this feeling million of times. So I just take it slow and keep swimming in the flood of sadness.
