I need some inspiration here and I´ll try to explain what I mean.
I usually don´t have any modern technique in my comics, it usually all
looks like it could play in the 1950s. No mobile phones and text messages etc.
I have a story now where those things play a major role. The main character
gets messages all the time and their screen is shown all the time and I
need some ideas or inspiration how to present that visually. Maybe some
of you know comics where an artist has solved that in a good way or
maybe you have examples from your work

While I haven't used text messages in my own works (no phones to speak off) I've been a fan of the way they do it in several tv-shows.

I think this is a fun visual, even works like speechbubbles in a comic.

That´s a great inspiration, thank you.
That gives me some ideas
