With internet distraction: 4 weeks
Assuming I already have the panels sketched out, then after I get off of work, I can usually get a full page's lineart, inking, shading, and special effects done in about five or six hours. But that doesn't include the dialogue bubbles, text, and sound effects. I think I am way too obsessed with detail. Hopefully the end result pays off.
Last time I checked it was about 6 hours per page (sketch, dialogue and SFX, ink, stop timing while I wait to get it back with tones from my co-artist, QC, finish up).
But like @dawgofdawgness said if it's including internet distraction it takes me a lot longer, haha.
About my comic "GLINT"4:
I count near 15 hours of non-stop no-rest hard working, but of course I have other things to do and the life to live, so one page usually takes about 4-5 nights. 
it takes me a few days to finish a page, since I usually upload one page per week. however, it takes a few hours to a day for me to finish a panel.
Considering sketching, inking, grayscale, light/movement effects, etc. I would say it takes me 25-30 hours depending of the page.
Pretty funny actually; when I started my comic, it only took me a few hours to make a page. XP
I usually spread the work around several days, but the whole process of sketching, outlining, coloring and digital clean up takes me about 9-13 hours, depending on the details of the page. But that also accounts for the fact that watercolor has to DRY UP. My god it is annoying to interrupt you work flow to wait for the stupid watercolor to DRY ALREADY. The struggle, oh the struggle.

I write at least 2k words a day, that is my daily goal. Sometimes I do a just under especially if I'm working on a scene and it ends , or sometimes if I'm invested I will do more than 2k. I can get this done in around an hour or two. Writing for the past few years has allowed me to get a lot of what I want down. I'm an outline writer and a Dungeon Master so I need to work from a script/outline to ensure I can focus. I will sometimes discovery write my characters. But, if I am slowed down in my 2k words per day I usually have to look at my outline to see if there is a problem there.
For me it depends on how much time I have and how critical of my writing I am going to be that day.
Usually I will take 2-3 hours to write, walk away, come back the next with fresh eyes and make edits. Then I will post the next day. I aim to upload once a week but lately I have been getting them out a little quicker than that. Sometimes though I do so much thinking and back spacing that it feels like it takes me forever!
I don't really know what you mean by a page like do you mean on docs, an episode on Tapas or a chapter?
On a docs file a page could take me like 4-5 minutes to write. An episode/chapter would take me 10 minutes on an average without distractions mostly because of researching halfway through.
Lessee... This is an interesting question that demands some elaboration.
My first draft(of a single chapter) can take anywhere from 2-4 hours to write. Then there's the second draft, which will take another 2-4 hours. Final draft plus final edits takes another 2-4 hours.
(EDIT: Btw, 1 chapter from me is about 4-6 open office pages)
That said, my second and final draft are just me going through the whole draft and editing it thoroughly.
Roughly 30 - 90 minutes for one page - it's fortunate that my comic is mostly black and white.
Since my main tools are just fineliners, it's a simple and quick to initiate process - the focus with only my fineliners makes the whole session pretty contemplative. It's like building up an image little by little, with tiny strokes of line.
Shading and lettering is done separately, after it's finished and scanned. That process is usually very conveyor belt-like, unless the page is quite complex.
It's a good time so far.
I used to take a lot longer but since I make comics on the weekly i've really crunched my numbers. I calculate by panel since 1 page is not necessarily always the same.
I can do a panel in 15-30 mins. I usually write the whole script at the begining of the week in maybe 45 mins. lol it takes a lot of practice and corner cutting though and while that sounds bad, I also gotta draw 30 panels a week so you do what ya gotta do
For one page of a novel, which with my usual formatting is around 500-600 words, it takes me about an hour on a good day. On a bad day, it takes me two or three. (I'm a slow writer, most of that time is just me thinking, haha) For one page of a comic, anywhere between four and nine hours depending on the content of the panels 
If we're talking novel chapters, probably closer to seven or eight hours total. I take it pretty slow on chapters to reduce my editing load later on.
