On mine I offer early access to all patrons, and I have a big back log they can go though so people get a good amount of content for just a buck. The next higher tier is exclusive content, and my final tier is NSFW. I eventually want to do a discord server and I should also be doing things like polls to encourage engagement and to get other ideas of what to do.
Im tempted to look into some physical rewards but thats much more of a monetary investment, so im not sure if its worth it yet.
With patreon too you have to promote it like crazy, because very few people will actually nibble. And those who do need to hear from you multiple times for them to finally start supporting you. A lot of creators here have banners, and theres a function on the site that you can use specifically to make a banner on the end of each ep to link it. You could go even further and have a banner detailing your rewards. I just added one like that, so i'll see how it goes.
I've been getting patrons lately which has been great! Its a long patient journey though, this won't happen overnight. Its still in its infancy and I need to figure out ways to entice folks to the higher tiers.
