Barely. Numerically speaking, less than 5 per update and sometimes not even that back when I was posting what I already had previously uploaded here on Tapastic where I get a fair amount of new subs per month by direct comparison.

Typically 10-20 maybe on tapas per update every 2 weeks, I also tend to lose subs more frequently on tapas so my number has been going in circle.

1,000 subs every 3-4 days on Webtoon, same update rate every 2 weeks. (I save all my +1k sub congratulation email from webtoon) The last week it's been 1,000 subs every day, I think it's because my comic has been and is still on weekly round up.

I get 0 on webtoons and average about 1 here, yeah, it isn't very good  At least I am having fun!

I get 60 to 100 or even more depending on how many pages I upload it seems.

On Tapastic I don't get that many per update, maybe 1 or 2 if I'm lucky. I generally get more subs at random during the week.

I JUST started on webtoons like a week ago I get 40-50 subs per update AND THEY COMMENT its awesome and interact!!!! IT'S LIKE THEY REALLY READ IT !!! uhhhh tap I get a sub or two anytime I post a link to the comic55 on the forum ¯_(ツ)_/¯ which isn't too too often.

Thanks for the reply!

For now, Im posting on Line Webtoons (Baby Alpaca's Adventures) to see how the response is like before moving to Tapas.

I only have the one there right now.

In 24 hours I got more subs than I did here in 3 months. I love the community here, but you can get more subs there. I suggest doing both.

On Webtoons I get 5-6 new subs per update with a noticeable increase. On Tapas it's around 0-2, kinda slacking right now. However, I'm very happy about the subs I have and get on both sites!

I tend to get 10-15 on my actual website per post (weekly/2 per week some weeks), 3-5 on Webtoon per post, and a whopping .25 (POINT 25 :P) on Tapas per post...

I love me readers though - every.single.one. None are discounted or worth less than any other - love em to bits. <3

10-20 everytime i update on Line, two to three here at Tapas.
If i do an active ad compaine get alittle extra here and there at tapas. Pretty much i have to work for my subs here but over at Line it multiples on it's own.

Ooh, I just subscribed! Your artwork reminds me so much of Peach Girl anime because some of those fashions you're showcasing ROCKS! Luv that fire guy...yes! I'll have to read this in detailed fashion.

I've been around for about a month now.
Everybody here seems to gain SOME value of subscribers here with every post; jeez, consider yourselves lucky.
I got about 40+ uploads in my series so far, and i have accumulated a whopping 4 subscribers.
What kind of voodoo magic do you people perform to gain exposure? It's honestly embarrassing that my viewerbase is borderline nonexistent.
Pretty depressing too; is there something wrong that i'm doing? Does my story just suck? Is my comic even worth posting?

I feel ya dude. I've been around webtoons since Jan with regular updates 3 times a month and tapas since April with regular updates for 2-3 months with very little traffic, that of course without any interaction other than posting comics.
I did about 26 updates for the past 7 seven months at webtoons and accumulated over 100 subscribers and gaining about 1 or 2 every update for a while. And at tapas is pretty much less 1 for about a month.
It can be disheartening when comparing to other comics out there that you are competing with, but it just make me appreciate those subscribers even more because they enjoy your story and/or art and it encourage you to keep posting for them, Well that's what I feel anyway.
All I gotta say is that just have a little patient and keep frequently updating, it takes a while to grow your comic, but if you enjoy making them then continue doing it for yourself and eventually others would join you on your journey that is your comics. Well that was what I was told anyway.
I have faith in ya, so you should too! Hey look at that, my first time posting on a forum.

I'd gained a little over 100 subs on Webtoons since the last update which was over a week ago (when I first started it was around 30 per update). The traffic on Webtoons is explosive :open_mouth: I'd started uploading in March and I recently hit 1k subs there, and here on Tapas have have 127 subs in the same amount of time. Of course I'd also been advertising my comic on social media, but the amount of exposure on Webtoons is insane xD
I noticed a spike in subs there when I changed my icon for a better looking one, and I also believe that when people see that you're updating regularly, they're more likely to sub.

If you have only been here a month but have that many updates, you are missiong out on exposure. at max update two times a week. It gets you attention without being lost in the flood of updates. It takes some time to gain traction. I use to only get ine or two people a month subscribing when i first started.
