I might get flack for this (even tho its my decision what I charge, not yours) but my friend and I started out small because we were brand new and we wanted to make sure we COULD do commissions before we went to higher prices. Now since we started 3-ish years ago (where we've only had 6 and 1 more on the way) I have raised them to my best judgement (because when I would ask for pricing advice, no one would give us pointers) and I figure after a few more collaborations and myself upgrading my coloring skills so its not just cel coloring/shading that we can go even higher
So back to the question at hand, right now we charge $100 a page. I am aware at how low that is but I would be giving my art partner more than me because she does all the sketching, setting up, inking, and background work (when we do full images, she get's +$20 for the backgrounds alone, so she earns more than me, which I found more than fair because I can't draw backgrounds to save my life) and, again, we started out small for a reason, but we'd definitely raise them later (maybe after our first webcomic is done) Right now, we're fine with low prices, but there's always room to expand, especially when we got this art thing down pat (if you guys want to check out our comic and give us a better idea on what we SHOULD charge, then all the more power to you)
I agree with @sushy00 though, the people who think $10 for a full colored page is fine really need to understand how art and money works because that's a bunch of BS (and some artists have even accepted those terms!) It'd be nice if some artists had a LITTLE more respect for themselves than that
PS: We only have fixed prices, not charging by the hour. I have no idea how we would price hourly since we're a team, but as an individual and when I'm not so bad at drawing (my strong suits are inking and coloring/shading though, which is something I'd rather get hired for than the whole process) I would like to charge that way
