I tend to wonder if what i've chosen is the best path.
The series was actually published first in 2015 and despite uploading in a frequent but sporadic fashion I had high engagement. But now i'm also not sure if it also had to do with 2015 tapas being 'different' from the 2023 one (something does feel different. Less users now? I'm not sure.) I had less trouble gathering a reader base despite having a worse product in nearly all aspects.
I guess my issue is, taking a monthly route feels as though it means you will simply be outcompeted by anything else publishing often enough, just by sheer volume. But changing my schedule isn't an easy decision to make. That being said, I wonder if I should not bother catering to zoomer attention spans when the story isn't made for such.
I also just crave talking about character theories, but talking to walls isn't fun.
