Recently, I decided the way that I was writing a draft of my story wasn't the way I wanted to go with it, so I slowly warned my few subscribers that I was going to make a change, cancel the old draft, and start fresh in a new draft.

So now I have two separate novels posted: my cancelled series, which has nine subscribers (it's small, but it still means a lot to a small creator like me) and my current series, which has none. I'm doing as much advertising as I am with my old series, but I did most of my warnings of the new change through statuses, which not a lot of people read.

So now I'm thinking of deleting all the episodes in my cancelled series and replacing them with my current one. I don't want to do that because the old series has a lot of differences from my new one.

Any tips on how I can rebuild my following--or am I going to need to start from scratch again?

Please make announcement in your canceled series that you are moving it to the revised one. If they are on your social media, inform this in your social media too.

It is not guaranteed however they all will come back, many of my old audience do not come back. But keep in mind new audiences will come. I did not make announcement, do not have regret and wasted shit like me.

me i am kind of doing something similar, basically i am redoing my older stuff and improving some ideas as well as axing out bad ideas, i intend to not delete the episodes i have but remove the old pages and upload the new ones and yes i will be putting up notices to say the old stuff has been changed to my new stuff
