I Can’t share anything-Help!

Hello, I seem to be having a problem with the share button. I only recently sent a few people “thank you for supporting” notes to their accounts (meaning i posted something in their sharing wall where it says “share something”) and when I went to thank one of my subscribers for their support the share button wouldn’t work. It just turned green and then grey when I clicked off of it. I tried signing both out and in and it didn’t work. Any insight as to what might be happening would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I've also had the same problem, ever since I joined tapas. Did anything work for you? I'm not sure if it's a problem with my account, or something else. I'm able to post comics and comment but I can't post anyting on any profile.

It's probably because you sent messages on many people's walls in a short period of time, and the system mistook it for spam and blocked your messaging function.

I've had this happen before—I contacted customer service and asked them to remove the block.

Hmm that's an interesting theory, but I've never been able to send messages on people's walls, been like that since I created an account. Like the original post said, the button goes green when I press it, but doesn't do anything and goes grey when I move my cursor. Thank you for the help though, I'll contact customer service later : )

(Really sorry but can you explain how to contact customer service? I can't find an option anywhere on tapas lol)

I hope this is the subject matter you're talking about and recently I had contacted tapas customer support regarding this issue and this was their response... and I hope this solution works for you as well..

(I felt the bell icon is redundant next to share button on creators wall, i feel it would've made sense if it was at readers/subscriber end to receive notifications about the said creators post whether or not they would want to be notified about the creator posts)

Hi there! Yeah this was a while ago, I think I emailed tapas support and messaged on their discord. Eventually the matter resolved on its own I think there was a site glitch or an update underway when that happened to me. I didnt message many people at the time it was like my only three posts that week or so. I think it’s best to message tapas support directly, the fastest response for me was on discord. I hope this helps! And hope it’s resolved soon for you!
