Hello. Can someone give me a critique or some comments on my art so that I can improve? This is my first time drew this art style so I don't know if it is good or not. I intend to draw for BL romantic webtoon. Thank you.

Ohh looks soft and nice, maybe you can play more with textures??
do you use CSP?

well...uhmm I use a lot of assets, I download differents texture for background I usually download brushes for watercolor and paper texture for my backgrounds
because my art style it's more vintage-traditional I use this paper a lot

and you can download some brushes that includes the texture

hope it helps!!

Texture makes all the difference in the world, I agree. It can completely transform a piece. Other than that I'd like to just take a moment to congratulate you on your color experimentation. Lots of artist starting out just do flats with no attention to variation or lighting, and where is the fun in that? You're off to a good start imo, keep practicing ^w^

I would always suggest deaturating your work to check the contrast. Your art is really light and soft but you can tweak it just a bit to improve
1) Try making forground darker - now it feels flat cause girls arm is the same color as his shirt. If you make it darker you instantly get more attention to boys!
2) Try making background less saturated and lighter - air perspective really works well in comics. I've make it just -20 saturation and +20 lightness or so - really minor tweak but it makes the characters stand out more. . Some artist also make lineart thinner at background and thicker in foreground
3) Try not using same colors in different planes - First boy hair kinda merges into the sky and other into the window or whatever is that yellow part.. Reflexes are ok but the color looses it's strenth as far as the light goes.

To add to @magnavarra's answer, I think it would look better if the blond guy's hair is a darker yellow or a more orange colour. Since you use the same yellow to create ambiance around him, it looks as if the colour is bleeding out.
