Hello Everyone! Thank you for taking some time from your day to help me. I want to make a story on Tapas but I don't know what websites or apps to use to make it. If you know any websites please tell me or pass them to me! Thank you!
Btw, I want it to be a comic.

Is your story going to be a novel or a comic? That will drastically change the answers to your question.

Most people use Clip Studio Paint for comics here. However, it's not free. So programs like Krita, Medibang, and Fire Alpaca are common free alternatives. Webtoon and Tapas are popular spots to post comics. Croppy is what I use to split comic pages into smaller images.

Clip studio paint. It has built in comic features, including size formatting for online comics. It's usually $220, but it goes on sale a lot. I got my copy for $110

True, but Clip Studio Paint Pro is cheaper than EX and should have plenty enough features for a new artist. And it's significantly cheaper.

Medibang is a good program to use and it's free. And if you are very familiar with Photoshop it's very similar to it but made for making online comics and if you want to download templets examples for making the type of comic page you want you can download from its cloud server.

No, I've been trying to find good series, because I've been only reading BL and i want to get into other genres, I just started reading the 1st episode and your art style is awesome as well as your skill, i can tell i'll like it

Welcome to Tapas and to creating your own comics! :tapa_pop:

Here are some bits of info you might need about file sizes.

Your pages will need to be 940 pixels wide, and it can be any height up to 4000 pixels. You can also upload multiple pages in a single "chapter" .You'll also want to create a square thumbnail, a cover and a "banner" (the banner is optional, but when you post the link on the forums or Twitter, it's the main way people will see your comic, so worth doing).

I make a review thread here and often advise people on how to solve issues and link resources on how to fix them, so perhaps having a read through some of those threads will help you avoid a lot of common beginner mistakes. :smile_01:
