witchy is based in a world where a witch's magic is dependent on the length of their hair. it takes some stylistic inspiration from harry potter and lord of the rings, but is truly unique. the plot is moving, the art is beautiful, the characters are lovable and 3D. honestly, this comic is flawless.
les normaux is about a trainee wizard who goes to live in magic!Paris, its rather a normal-life romantic drama, but with vampires and zombies etc. the characters are all very compelling and the colours and art is amazing. its cute and funny and totally worth the read.
breakout is based around the lives of 7 teenagers in britain, their main link being that A: they all have superpowers and B: theyre all in juvie. they have to face teen drama, supervillains, and the terrifying international hatred for all things super - but first they have to break out. littered with comedy but with serious elements. the art adds to the saturday-morning mood (although the comic updates on sundays), with a light-hearted sketchy feel.
